Update #2: On top of the $614 dollars I paid and the fact they registered the wrong plates for me, I also only have tags that are good for 10 months, so I'll be renewing in October even though I just got my plates. The dealers solution thus far has been for me to go into the DMV and change them myself and pay the fees and then bill them for the extra charges. It's a shame because the experience was fine at the dealer, but the support after the fact has been disappointing to say the least. Update: I switched from 5 stars to 2 because they sent me the wrong license plates and their fix is to have me go to the DMV and swap it and send them an invoice for whatever I have to pay. I work 5 days a week during open DMV hours and paid $614 in License and Doc fees for them to handle it. I understand that some of that is paid to the DMV, but I'm stuck handling it all on my own. My temporary tags expire in 13 days and since I can't make it to the DMV, I guess I am stuck with the wrong plates. Everyone is nice there, but it took 4 calls and at least 2 voicemails to get them on the phone about this issue and their response was disappointing. Stopped by to take a Quick look at a truck I saw online and ended up leaving with it. Beshara was very nice and easy to work with. He was kind and honest, and that’s a rare thing in the car business.
