Xavier the mechanic helped me with an alignment for my truck, super awesome job and thorough! He fixed an issue I had been dealing with that others couldn’t fix. He was very easy to work with. I have always enjoyed coming to Firestone. They seem to do the right thing by you. A+ work!
Came to this Firestone for new left tires, they were both blown out and I was scared to leave my car in the street but thankfully this store was right in front of where I got the flats. Manuel was of awesome help, explained everything with detail so I knew what I was got get and pay for, and he also let me know they do free alignments with tire purchases so that was cool. Great customer service!!
This place is a really good place to come to , awesome environment. Nice people. The prices are pretty decent and they'll work with you in some instances. I don't give 5 stars lightly but I believe these people have earned it. Got a new pair of tires from them and a lifetime alignment which I do recommend also. 10/10 service. Will update if I have any issues with the tires they give me. I came the distance to go to this place. Worth it so far. Good store definitely.
I've given them multiple chances over the years. But after this last time, I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! Went in for an alignment on 11/23, they were busy so they kept it overnight. Called me the next day told me she's ready to go. I go pick her up, doesn't quite look right, but as soon as I drive I knew it couldn't be more wrong! My wheels were so crooked and just completely out of alignment. The manager proceeds to argue with me that I drove it there like that and that his tech didn't do anything. Long story short, the tech started the alignment, then stated that my inner tie rod end is bent and he can't do the alignment, he told them he didn't do anything. There are photos to prove all of this. I will give the manager credit, he did apologize, however they did not align my truck properly. After being at the Clackamas location today for another alignment. The photo is attached. They informed me that the tie rod end isn't bent. Multiple times over the years I have gone to Gresham only to have the tech say he can't do the alignment for whatever reason. Always turns out the reason he gives isn't even an issue. One time it was my steering rack, my steering rack was fine because Clackamas was able to do the alignment. The first picture where it's all red, that was when I went to pick up my truck after then telling me it was done. The next one shows check out time of my appointment, as you can also see that the time on the alignment paperwork is after the pick up time. The last picture is what Clackamas did to fix the issue Gresham caused. Yall have cost me time and money. If I could make this a negative star review, I would.
I came in to Firestone not too long ago to get my tires done, and the whole experience was super smooth. The staff was friendly, quick, and really straightforward about everything. They got my car in right away, explained what needed to be done, and had me back on the road faster than I expected. The prices were fair, and my car drives so much better now. I really appreciate the professionalism and the quality of work. Definitely recommending this Firestone to anyone who needs reliable service! (Side note: The guy who did my tires was really cute)
