Called ahead to make sure I could get one photo printed. Arrived at 4pm. First they tell me the photo shop was closed. I reminded them that the photo shop closed at 6pm. Then I got "oh yeah it's open; the one person who can operate a printer just left." Yes there is only ONE employee in an entire OFFICE DEPOT with the technical mastery to make a few mouse clicks and load paper, and somehow he clocked two hours before they closed. The remaining employees refused to lift a finger. They also lied on the phone about being busy, store was completely empty. Save yourself some trouble and go to Walgreens up the street for basic printing needs. These folks are allergic to service.

DO NOT TRUST ONLINE PRICING I came all the way across town to purchase a label maker that said it was on sale in store and when i got to the store not only was it not on sale, but the cashier tried telling me that the official website was "spoofed" even though i was on officedepot.com straight from google maps. normally this place is exactly what i need, but i was severely disappointed today.

Save your time, sanity & money and go to a Library for your prints! Their Printing center is Absolute trash and waste of time! They take down your number and say they are going to call you back and never do. They constantly say that the manager is on her lunch break. Like are you serious their manager takes 3 full hour lunch breaks, Absolutely ridiculous! The people that pick up their phones are completely unreliable and don't pass on messages to their supervisors. I had to call a total of 6 times to resolve a printing and a website issue for them to ultimately do nothing!

I needed my 900+ textbook divided into 3 books. I was only charged roughly $5/book. Service was swift with a one say turnaround. I was nervous dropping off a $300 textbook but Amanda took extra care to make sure everything was perfect. Service was awesome. Every time I’m in the store employees would ask if I needed anything. Thanks guys! :)

Big open store with pretty much anything you need for work. There are people available to help you anytime you need. They have pretty good prices here too. The staff is friendly.
