Use of the directory

PDX.Directory is a free directory of Portland-area businesses. You may browse, search, and reference listings for personal or non-commercial use. Bulk scraping, redistribution, or resale of directory data without prior written permission is prohibited.

Submitting a listing

By submitting a business listing, you confirm:

• The information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You have the right to submit the listing (you are the owner, an authorized agent, or the business is publicly listed elsewhere).
• We may edit or remove listings that violate these terms or contain incorrect information.

Reviews and content

Reviews and user-generated content reflect individual opinions, not those of PDX.Directory. We may remove content that is defamatory, illegal, off-topic, or violates platform guidelines.

Sponsorships and paid placement

Sponsored listings are clearly marked as such. Sponsorship does not influence search rankings or AI Website Audit scores; it provides featured placement and visual emphasis.

No warranty

The directory is provided "as is." Information may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. We do not warrant the accuracy, availability, or fitness of any listed business or service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDX.Directory and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
