How do I get my business listed?
Submit your business via the Submit page. Most listings appear within a few business days after review.
How do I claim an existing listing?
Find your business via search, then click "Claim this listing" on the detail page. We verify ownership via your business email or a callback to the phone number on file.
Is listing free?
Yes. Basic listings are free forever. Sponsorship is optional and adds featured placement plus a sponsor badge.
Where do listings come from?
A combination of submissions from owners, public Google Business Profile data, and curated additions by our editorial team. We focus on businesses with a real presence in Portland-area neighborhoods.
Can I update my listing's photos and hours?
Yes — once you've claimed the listing, you can edit photos, hours, description, and contact info from your owner dashboard.
What if a listing is incorrect?
Use the "Suggest an edit" link on any listing page, or contact us directly. We typically resolve corrections within 48 hours.
Do you have an API?
