A founding credit costs $1,000/yr and represents one unit of influence in a Portland neighborhood. Your influence = your credits ÷ total credits in that neighborhood. If a neighborhood has 10 total credits and you hold 3, you get 30% of Zone 1 featured placements. More credits = more voice, proportionally.
The first 50 credits (5 per neighborhood) are founding credits — rate locked forever at $1,000/credit. After those 50 sell, general sponsorship opens at market rate. General sponsors can still buy unlimited credits, but at the then-current price. Founding members never pay more.
1 credit unlocks text link ads (≤100 characters). 3+ credits unlock banner ads (728×90 desktop / 320×50 mobile). 5+ credits unlock offer cards (title + description + CTA + expiry date). Founding credits are claimed by the first businesses to sign up. When all 5 founding credits in a neighborhood are taken, general sponsorship opens — at market rate, unlimited credits. Your neighborhood is never a dead end: general sponsorship is always available.
You can cancel at any time. Your listing and credits stay active through the end of your paid term. Region/neighborhood changes are available once per year from your dashboard, subject to credit availability. If you cancel and rejoin, you pay the then-current rate — not your founding rate.
No free trial, no setup fee. Annual billing only. You pay once and you're listed and sponsored for 12 months. Get Listed (basic listing) is free or included with membership. Credits are $1,000/yr each, billed annually.
