We moved here this past June from Tulsa where I used Discount Tire as well. This is the second time I've used this location for rotation and balancing. I also had two tires that that had nail/screw in them. The location did a great job both times. They were quick and efficient.
Bought set of tires, they lost a center cap for my wheel. No big deal to get it replaced, right? Wrong. I've been down here on three separate occasions. They acknowledge they lost my center cap. They lied and said they "ordered one," twice. Both times they just never followed up, when *I* followed up they pretended to have no idea, but again acknowledge they lost ny center cap, they'll replace it, they'll call me blah blah blah. Their whole parking lot is littered with other people's missing bits, this place is a badly organized dump, like they don't even bother to sweep up once in a while. Go to a different location, this one stinks. edit: hey look, they did it again - *I* have to take more time out of my day to fix something they didn't do right the first time. Neat story.
They are great!!! I had a sensor go out on one of my tires the second one in 2 months and had another one that was about to go out soon. I paid for 2 today and they accidentally replaced a different one. To make it right they replaced all 4 and only charged me for 2. I always come here for tires and the customer service is always top notch. With my budget it has been rough so the added bonus was very appreciated. You all do such good work,quickly and are so kind and respectful.Thank you so much!! I recommend this place for impressive service which is hard to find these days. Thank you again!!!
Discount tire has been my go-to for tires for almost 20 years. Every store I have worked with has been outstanding, and the Clackamas team is fantastic. Always exceptional customer service, welcoming and knowledgeable staff members and a clean and comfortable lobby waiting room. Top notch service all around, and a shout out to employee Sam who I worked with last week. Sam was friendly, very detailed in explaining the issue with my tire and the problem was completely resolved.
EDIT: The manager got in contact with me for a resolution and they were kind enough to order me a replacement for my rim. I just wanted to give a shoutout to Mathew. Thank you for working diligently by getting me in promptly and getting me a replacement. I appreciate the attentiveness and just simply wanting to make things right. He keeps his word and I felt like I was treated with respect. I felt comfortable being in the auto shop and enjoyed the friendliness of the employees as well. I value their cultivation and will want to continue to come support the business. Their actions spoke volumes, this establishment has some good people. So thank you again for all of the help. It really means a lot. I’ve added new photos of the replacement of my rim they've replaced. It looks great, amazing work. Thanks you guys! my rims are DESTROYED!!!!!! i’ve came in earlier today around 11:30am and left my car to get a new tire replaced due to leakage. i pick it up at 5:10pm during my lunch break. it was the only gap time i could’ve got my car back while im working, so i told them to leave my keys in my car because i wouldn’t make it in time before they closed at 5pm. my rims have deep scratch indent marks, the paint is scratched off and only grease embedded into the scratches. they couldn’t even wipe the grease off after they destroyed my rims. i couldn’t talk to anyone about this because the store was already closed. i do my best to keep my car in the best condition as anyone would because cars are expensive. absolutely so disappointing, is this the standard work that is regularly produced? i’ve never had scratches this bad from daily driving, this only happened because i went to PROFESSIONALS!!!!! having a flat tire is already annoying enough but now i’m left to deal with permanent damages on my rims that i never asked/paid for. first and last time i’ll ever step foot into discount tires. the last photo is what my rims usually look like, and it was taken the day right before.
