The location I go to in Clackamas, Oregon is pretty good. Those guys are extremely helpful. The head guy or least I think he is, is always great. I like how he explains without mansplaining. I think he senses I know some things about cars. My last visit I couldn't believe they kept me there knowing they would be working on my car until they closed. I wasn't sure what was wrong with my car, even left work early....if I would have known it would have taken to 6 PM to fix my car I would have left earlier. Sorry guys, but also thank you very much!! She drives soooo nice now!!

Andrew was super helpful during my first oil change at a Jiffy Lube. Gave me info but did not try to upsell me. Felt well taken care of by the whole crew and the oil change didn’t take long at all. Everyone was respectful, clear, and helpful.

Very friendly and super helpful came in just to get air in my tires because my tire pressure came on. They informed me I had a nail in one of my tires and also fixed it for me on the spot. Very thankful I drive with a six month old baby, so safety is always a must!

Came in for an oil change and walked out feeling very changed and oily. Five chiseled young studs wiped my body’s grease away with focus and confidence, moving around my car like they knew exactly what they were doing and who they were doing it for. When manager Andrew checked my tire pressure and locked eyes with me, I felt completely seen in a way most service places don’t even try for. Professional, efficient, and charged with just enough tension to keep things interesting. My engine is smooth, my pressure is perfect, and I’ll definitely be back.

The team got me in and out quickly. They were all very welcoming and friendly, and I did not feel like I was on a conveyor belt, but instead, it felt like they treat every customer With professionalism and courtesy. They recommended services for my car, but we’re not at all pushy when I declined for the time being. I totally recommend this location!
