The team at Costco Tire knows what they are doing, and has amazing customer service. 🫶 Over the last few years, I've had several fun tire emergencies (exploding on the freeway), and the team here has always been super helpful. As an owner of a finicky German car, the team at Costco Tire has been able to balance tires better than the dealership, Les Schwab, or any other shop I've been to. They know what to recommend for my specific vehicle, and have made space for me to come in the same day (multiple times) when urgent repairs have come up. Short version: very competent, knowledgeable, team with solid customer service. I'd wholeheartedly recommend!

I really don’t want to leave this review but I have to so people don’t go through what I did… please read reviews people .. they help a ton.. I made an appointment for 6pm on a Monday to install new tires. The Costco tire department told me I need to go in and prepay for the tires before the appointment. I came in at 11:30am and paid for the tires and asked the guy if I can leave my car now and maybe they can work it in throughout the day before the 6pm APPOINTMENT. I said sure and left the keys.. took a 40 dollar uber home. Later that day I come in at 6pm sharp. Go to tire department… ring the bell.. no one came out until 6:30pm … ridiculous !! After that sorry your car is not done .. I go sit down. Come back at 7:15pm .. an hour and 15 after my appointment now… my car is still not in the bay and I see my tires on the floor in the show room not in the bay even… now it’s 8pm and I’m still sitting on the chair waiting and staring at my tires in the waiting area… I will never do business with Costco on tires again. Please take this in consideration and you can call discount tire down the street that would beat Costco’s price any day.. Thank you very much

Trying to get tires since Oct 22, talked to 2 people at counter and several online and I give up. Keep getting oh there is this policy, this delay and finally get to the store do install and informed oh we can do it that way due to a policy and so went okay to be called 15 min later to be informed oh your car you have to do all 4 tires. It’s not this hard to get tires, it’s really not. Or to talk to someone who has a clue. If they have so many policies wouldn’t you think the employees should know them. I’m tired of hearing excuses for not being informed and getting no where. 6 weeks later and still no tires

Disappointing experiences here lately with rotation and balance (included with purchase of a set of tires). They've broken off 2x wheel studs in the last year on my 2016 Forester, and are unwilling to cover the cost of replacements. At least one of the two occurrences is very clearly due to the service center (i.e. they did the prior service without issue, and then broke off a stud on the next service).

I love Costco, but won't do anymore business at the Tire Center. I found a screw in one of my tires about 9 months after they were installed new at Costco. It wasn't reparable so I tried to replace it with a new one, but since I have all-wheel drive they would only sell me four. Instead I bought a used tire elsewhere with similar tread life, and called it good. Today I had an appointment scheduled to have my tires rotated, and after an hour of waiting I was ultimately told they couldn't rotate them due to my one mismatched tire. The employees are friendly and seem competent, but due to the restrictions on what they can actually do at the "service center" this place is too much of a hassle to continue buying from.
