I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of February. The location was extremely convenient for my needs, and I was very pleased with the accommodations. As an older woman traveling alone safety is paramount. Brooklyn Center Suites met that expectation well. The room I stayed in (adjacent to the upper parking lot which meant no steps to navigate) was very comfortable, clean and cozy, with great linens and warm blankets/quilts. The kitchen (which I only used to make tea) was very well stocked with equipment to make light meals or snacks. Roomy refrigerator and small oven/stove too. The bathroom was on the small side, but clean and fully functional. There's a terrific coffee shop 2 blocks away, open 24 hours. Try their biscuits! There's also a very good pizza place a block from the hotel. I travel to this neighborhood a few times a year to visit family and will definitely stay here from now on.

More reviews on GoogleI stayed here for 3 nights the week of Thanksgiving and I could not be happier with my experience! Jane was so helpful and friendly when checking me in. My room was cozy, clean, and very well insulated for my cold stay. The bed is especially comfortable and I slept like a baby. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, pots, pans, utensils, everything you need for cooking. I felt very safe here as a solo woman traveling. The neighborhood around the suites is cute, quiet, and walkable. The bus stop is about a 2 minute walk away. I also liked the affordable flat nightly rate. I will definitely be returning next time I’m in Portland!
Very impressed with my stay here. The suite was spacious, spotless, and felt genuinely comfortable—perfect for an extended visit. The staff kept everything extremely clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. I’m very happy with the experience and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable extended-stay option.
This is a true gem for Portland. Clean, great amenities, cozy bed, awesome location to suit all my needs. Easy parking which is certainly a huge plus in Portland. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable innkeeper, Jane made my stay perfect. I will for sure be back to my hidden little treasure in close-in SE Portland. Thanks so very much, Jane!
This little gem in the neighborhood feels like overnighting at your favorite Aunties house! We stayed for 2 nights while on a business trip to Portland, and this apartment made all the difference. The bedding is super cozy and we slept so well! 5 stars alone for such comfy sleep! The kitchen truly has everything you need. I stocked the full size refrigerator with 2 bags of groceries from Trader Joes and was able to cook 3 fresh meals each day easily. The location is in a tree lined neighborhood. It is quiet and surrounded by lush greens everywhere. We picked a few blackberries in the driveway getting into our car :). Parking is in a generous sized drive up, just a few steps from your door. Jane, the owner and host, was genuinely gracious. She was prompt with communication, very helpful and made us feel personally welcome. Like I started this review - it feels like staying at your favorite Aunties house! Jane would be that Auntie! The suite has all of the professional expectations, and so much more. This is a home away from home and we sure do look forward to returning.
