Clean, high quality living experience with a gated entry. The apartments are very fancy and with a condo feel. People are respectful and the leasing team is easy to communicate with. I plan to be here for a very long time.
i’ve been living here since december and it’s been great and quiet i feel like i only see 2 or 3 people ever lmao i love the key less entry and the space is nice and cozy. the maintenance team is responsive and fast
Been living here for a couple years now and am still extremely happy with the place. The restaurant and grocery options are excellent, the max station is very convenient, there are solid gym options within walking distance, and i love having a public library and a park in the neighborhood as well. The management and maintenance crew have been prompt, friendly, and professional whenever I've needed to reach out to them, and have otherwise let me alone, which i very much appreciate. The apartment itself is on the small side for the price, but the appliances are of good quality and I've not once heard one of my neighbors through the walls. Water pressure was a bit low, but a $14 replacement showerhead (from A-Boy across the street) fixed that right up. The one downside is parking, which is either first-come-first-served street parking (which can get pretty competitive with all the food options nearby), or reserved rooftop parking on the rite-aid across the street (which isn't great, as it's both a hassel to get to with a bunch of stuff to carry, and because my car got broken into there and the security footage was both hard to get and useless). Given all the positives of the location, I'd take off half a star for this if that were an option, but it's not so that's why this is a 4 * review. On the flip side, there are so many services, food & grocery options, public transport points, and recreational stuff nearby that i don't really need my car that often. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place. Edit: been here awhile now and is still great. They really try to work with you to make sure things are all in order. I've resolved my parking struggles as well, so bumping the total review to 5 stars. Special thanks to Bailey for helping me with my forms!
Maintenance issues are addressed very quickly. Common areas are kept very clean. Communication between residents and management is very good. Overall, love my apartment, the management company and living at The Hollywood!
Very expensive, low square foot apartments, and no parking but the location is amazing, the building is well kept, and the property management company is great. They also have Fibersphere internet and not having to put up with CenturyLink or Comcast makes everything worth it.
