If you want to call me out, this rating is for the second visit that unlike the, rest is true rather than your paid reviews I said I didn’t care about your worthless or rather “free” offering of an oil change because it was an issue over a month ago that I already got taken care of and my overall point was your shop was not listening to me and while trying to point out all the ways you were not listening and detailing a pattern instead of saying gee there’s a pattern of communication getting sidetracked I will make sure they address your concerns in order of actual importance you fought me and tooth and nail about everything . At no point did you aknowledge the pattern or even my primary concern of the most important thing for a car to do accelerate, or the lack of triage or lack of information that was getting back to the mechanic. My farm car may be trash but at least I am not and understand the business I pretend to run
