Always a pleasure to work with, JR and the guys are the best, I always buy my car tires there, great selection and competitive prices, Juan at the counter is a very customer service oriented person.

This is strictly a review based off of watching a commercial fleet tech service a commercial truck in a parking lot in Gaston today. At first I was confused as to which individual was the tech vs the truck driver, because they were both working on jacking up the Left steer tire. (#1 NO NO). #2 NO NO: No cribbing or jack stand was used while the Left Steer was in the air and removed from the truck. #3 NO NO: None of the wheels were chocked to prevent from unexpected rolling of truck. #4 NO NO: Did NOT use an inflation cage. #5 NO NO: Both individuals were standing in front of the tire while it was inflating as they appeared to be catching their breath. Could’ve been their last breath. There could’ve been more, but I couldn’t stick around to watch him do the other steer tire. This may seem petty, but it’s crucial in tire safety. Makes me wonder if this tech is even TIA certified, but I’ve also seen certified techs do these things too. Upper Management: Consider training on safety first and foremost.

Awesome experience! I am a previous customer of Juan Cervantes and was a little nervous about trying a new place, but wanted to follow him! The two times I’ve been there, my experience is that they are fast and efficient, there’s plenty of room for parking, which can be a big deal, and everyone is kind and helpful. Special shout out to Juan, as he is such a superstar. His customer service skills are like a 10+…if I could do that many stars, and he does everything possible to make you feel relaxed and assured about what’s happening with your service. He’s super skilled with communication. I highly recommend!!

Manny and Juan are the best! Hometown personal service that care. While sitting for my tires I watch Juan and how he treats the customers that walk in. He treats everyone like family! I'd give more stars if I was able ✨
