Bud and Mike put in my a/c in 2002 and Mike came out in 2024 to replace the system. Everything step was flawless, well explained and reasonable. I received bids twice what my install was with Pioneer. I recommend them without question. Customer for life.

The installed AC seems to be working fine, although attention to detail/aesthetics and regard for your home is utterly lacking--Dents out of the walls and molding, even a chunk out of our hardwood floor. The ceiling and walls were covered with black finger prints. The vent in the sealing was initially left misaligned and with several sharpie markings visible. They were responsive to fixing this, but initially no-showed that appointment. Second time out, was much better alignment, although still needing touch up. After scrubbing fingerprints off the ceiling a second time and a new chunk out of our stairway wall, opting to mend it ourselves. Customer service reps are friendly, but inter-company communication seems to be lacking.
