Wanted to thank Felix and his crew for all the help and support. They have the best customer support in the business. This is the most helpful shop I’ve been to. Needed help with my Allison swapped dodge (that nobody in town would touch), the guys got to helping me as soon as I showed up and worked through several issues I had. They even gave me a few fuses and helped me find a short on my truck when I went to leave and it wouldn’t start. Great crew there, I got a lot of help from Felix while I was there.

I was passing through Portland and stopped for an evaluation of my Allison transmission. This a professional transmission service company, with great employees. The friendly service on the phone was only the start of a great experience. The facility was a pleasant surprise with plenty of parking for my motor home. The office staff greeted me and explained Felix is finishing up a job and please wait a minute. Being inquisitive by nature, I looked around the shop.(from the outside OH doors). They have state of the art equipment, materials stored in a neat, orderly fashion. The shop was Clean, including the floor!! There was no junk, used parts, piles of sweepings, dirty rags or over filled garbage cans. The entire shop expressed the quality employees and management. Long story short, they ran diagnostics on my Allison, topped off my fluid and thanked me for my business.
