These guys are the best! My car was having issues on a Sunday; not only were they somehow open, they even stayed late in order for me to ensure I could safely get my car there. They squeezed me in without an appointment and were so kind throughout the whole process. If I have any future car woes I will definitely be back!
I really enjoyed the customer service and how quick and helpful they are. I needed a new starter on my Toyota they helped me find two prices one more expansive the other more doable and did it in a day. The lobbies clean everyone’s i spoke to was well mannered and knowledgeable
From the moment I called, Moe was incredibly helpful. He took the time to clearly explain the issue with my vehicle and provided honest advice on the necessary repairs.The service itself was impressively fast. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quicker than the estimated time, getting me back on the road in no time. Great communication, professional staff, and highly reliable. I highly recommend them!
first-class customer service. this level of service is unheard of these days. after calling around, i landed at car code and thankfully they're open late, unlike other shops that keep banker's hours. after a quick assessment, the mechanic easily fixed all the annoying electrical issues like the seat warmers, the overhead light auto shut off and the car door msg. light all gratis. they were professional, considerate, and communicative. i'm so grateful they took the time and investigated and solved all the issues with ease in a short time. thanx guys! 🤩
SO GLAD I took my truck to this shop. The problem: I had multiple suspension issues arise just before hunting season when the truck gets some very hard use. I didn’t want to worry about being out of service with multiple loud pops and clunks coming from under my front end. I dropped the truck off on Saturday. By Tuesday, they had the tie rods replaced and found a few loose bolts responsible for some incredibly loud popping noises. All problems resolved. The communication: Stellar. Mo runs the shop but the head mechanic is also very communicative with the issues. The mechanic will talk you through the problem and Mo handled the updates, timing, and pricing. The price: Incredibly reasonable. The problems turned out to be less than originally expected. But for the tie rod replacement and labor hours to find source of the squeaking, I was glad to pay their quoted price. I’ll 100% take my truck back to this shop when needed. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks guys!
