My old car was totaled by my insurance, so I needed a new car. I thought I'd try out CarMax since I don't trust buying from owners or other dealerships who have been known to scam buyers. Bob was my seller and he was super helpful and down-to-earth! I'm new to buying cars from dealerships, so I was pretty nervous, but Bob made the experience stress-free and quick. My credit is not the best, but I was still able to find my dream car (Kia Soul) with low miles at a fair price with their financing! I used my payout as the down payment, which really helped lower the monthly payments. When it was time to return my rental car, my rental car place wouldn't take me back to CarMax because it was too far, but CarMax offered me a free Lyft ride back when I was planning to just pay for one! Overall, I'm very satisfied with CarMax's amazing service and easy buying experience.

We recently moved from Italy and we needed to get a car as soon as possible. Our experience at Carmax has been incredible, we are so happy and we found the car we desired. I had an absolutely outstanding experience. I forgot the sellers name. He wasn't pushy he was super straight forward and open and honest with me just really a no BS guy and I genuinely appreciated that so much. He was happy to pull any car around I wanted to see. The whole experience was 10/10 I am very happy. I have never been into a car max before buying this car but I was impressed by how calm and relaxed the whole place was. I didn't feel like I was getting screwed or not being heard on my concerns and everything was fully explained to me before even asking a question. Thanks for the car I will be back!

I LOVED that my husband and I could test drive a vehicle without a stranger sitting in there with us. We could talk freely and explore the vehicle without the distraction of making small talk with a sales person. I don’t have a lot of experience buying vehicles, but this one was so smooth, seamless. We ended up financing through Carmax also because they had a better deal than our credit union. This process was equally as easy!
