I came to the store ate 8:30 AM and they supposed to be open at 7:30 AM. No sign why are they closed or if they’re gonna be open? Definitely bad management.

I had the lovely pleasure of working with Keran & Snow. When I tell you, I have never experienced such amazing customer service before. In my entire life, I will continue to remain a loyal customer to this particular autozone. As long as I live, they are amazing. They took time out of their day to help me with no problems. No complaints. They were the sweetest, most knowledgeable, kind-hearted human beings. I've experienced in any auto zone. I'm sincerely hoping that their manager Melissa actually reads and receives this post. They deserve nothing more than the best. And they have all of my gratitude. I had an order to pick up and when I got there the lady that was at the pick up desk ignored me for a minute or 2 before even acknowledging I was there then they didnt even have my order ready. Then it took her a few minutes to figure out how to print my receipt and had to ask someone else for help.

I came to this AutoZone to get my driving light changed, and Taylor was so helpful and kind! He helped me find the right light, made the purchase process easy, and even installed it for me. He was patient, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and positive attitude!

I needed help getting my old battery out and a new one in. I had no tools and knew nothing about it. Jose (manager) came out and helped me by pulling my old battery and replacing it with the new. He was so professional, kind and just amazing. I really appreciate how he treated me and helped me get back on the road.
