Karissa was extremely helpful. I took my car in for an observed problem and during inspection other problems were found. She explained the issues and since I have extended warranty’s on the car she handled that, too. She also arranged a loaner for me because parts were taking longer than expected. Thank you so much, Karissa, for your kind and cheerful spirit. It was great working with you.
My experience at Audi Beaverton was fantastic. The scheduling process was hassle free, barely any waiting at the dealership, and the repairs were completed ahead of schedule. Karissa was also great to work with and I really appreciated the periodic communication about the status of my car.
I recently purchased (yet another) tire from Beaverton Audi thanks to Portland potholes, and the service was top notch. Easy to schedule, convenient ride share to and from work while work was done, and sincere attention to detail to make my day as easy as possible. Cory N was so efficient and helpful and followed up a week later to share that the pothole tire damage was fully covered (rather than 50% due to the time lapsed sine purchase) under the road hazard insurance. He refunded me in a snap. Thank you! I will keep coming back.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Beaverton Audi service center. While my car was in their possession, it was vandalized — the rear passenger window was broken. Shockingly, I received no apology or acknowledgment of the incident. To make matters worse, the overall vehicle readiness was completely unacceptable. Basic checks and cleanliness were overlooked, and the car was clearly not returned in a condition suitable for delivery. Despite being told via text that the vehicle only needed a wash and was ready for pickup, it had not been washed at all, further highlighting the lack of care and attention. They didn't even bother to clean up the shattered glass until I made a specific request. The car had also been left parked under trees and was covered in sap — once again, I had to ask them to clean it. When I got home, I discovered the engine cover was missing, which raises serious concerns about quality control. Most troubling of all, the vandalism was never reported to the police, which shows a complete lack of accountability and regard for customer's property. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this service center with your vehicle. My experience reflects a serious failure in professionalism, responsibility, and basic customer service.
