From the moment I inquired about the car, Melissa was easy to communicate with and prompt. Never in the process did I feel pushed or forced into anything. Joakim and the finance team were also easy to work with, attentive and I didn’t feel like I was being tossed around between multiple people. After my purchase I was introduced to the service team and helped into my new car. Truly the best car buying experience and would recommend for a seamless process.

My experience with sales representative Jauquim, at Herzog-Meier was a relaxed and no pressure atmosphere. I arrived knowing exactly which car I was interested in and the fact that they had it on their lot, which made it easier for both parties. The day I picked up my new car, I was in the very capable hands of Terrell. It was an unexpected delight that he offered to spend the time necessary to assist me in customizing and setting up all the cars features. I’m pretty familiar with the bells and whistles, but this really saved me a lot of time. I was then able to immediately enjoy everything exactly how I wanted it, for my 2.5 hour drive home. Thank you to Terrell for his superior customer service and sales support.

Had a great experience working with Terrelle at Herzog-Meier Volkswagen. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. From our beginning contact with Mercedes Huck of Herzog-Meier Volkswagen we were impressed with her knowledge and helpful support. We were traveling over 100 miles to see an ID.4 AWD and she graciously ensured the vehicle would be available for sale by the time we arrived. We had initially planned to test drive an ID.4 for the first time that day in a search that we expected to take several weeks, but ended up buying the vehicle on the spot because the price, features, condition and financing worked for us.
