Messaged Jose around 7pm while they were closed saying that I have time today this week to come down to Oregon from Washington to grab wheels, got there around 10:15pm! He was very kind, put brand new wheels and tires for me, balanced them, new sensors, and even put my old wheels in my bed. This is the best tire shop I’ve ever been too and I’m seriously going to come here in the future for any of my tire needs. Really satisfied. Thank you Jose and the boys at Xpress tires for making this happen.

Fake customer service, the friendly facade is over when they supposedly go in the back to look for the tire, but they never seem to have that tire or another tire option that makes sense. With the “Special holiday price “ mark up .
