I have a 2011 passion smart car. I was concerned as to who best could do the oil change and service my car. I was recommended to Valvoline. I was definitely not unhappy with their care of me and my vehicle.
These are the only pros I trust with my oil change. Always kind, always pleasant, and always professional. The Valvoline techs always make me feel at ease and I always leave with a smile. Shout out to Zack, who made a very hard, stressful day better! Thanks to everyone at Valvoline for their hard work and good energy!
I’m extremely disappointed with how I was treated at this Valvoline. After paying $120 for a full synthetic oil change, my van leaked worse than ever. The manager, William, was flat-out rude and dismissive. I overheard the tech saying she had to crush the filter, yet they downplayed any fault. Worse, they tried to dump my own oil container into the engine without asking—it’s obvious that should be a foreign substance to them. It felt like they had no idea what they were doing. When they "fixed" it, they didn’t even show me the oil level on the dipstick—which they always should. To top it off, I saw William yelling at another customer for turning off her car early. The overall rudeness and lack of care were unacceptable. Even after all this, no refund—just a $20 "next time" discount. They need serious improvement in customer service and professionalism
Being a former employee at VIOC in a SoCal service center, I tend to have a little chip on my shoulder when I stop at any location ready to judge. But this location did great, even on a Sunday where nobody wants to work, the CSA Zack did a great job of informing me the process and what services I needed for my car, even knowing I was a former employee, he asked me kindly if i want to go thru the whole process or not. Bottomside tech informed the topside of the EL, PL, all the other crazy leaks i had on my beater suv. The whole process was smooth, only thing i wished and its not any of the techs fault were that they offer tire rotations at this location. Itll really help out with their NOCRs, but thats just me, I still have some tendencies of being a CSA to get some high tickets haha
These guys know what they're doing They have the best prices! I fully trust them with a variety of different vehicles that i've brought them throughout the years! I highly recommend!
