It's so amazing to call and have someone actually answer the phone.. Then they actually know what they are doing. Then I make a mistake and call back, they don't even skip a beat!! It's on the way they say!!! Then say thank you!!!! Best service I've had in a long time!

I drove down from Tacoma and was caught in traffic and construction. My 2 and a half our expected drive took almost 6. It was a Friday, and they are closed weekends so it was looking like my trip would have been wasted. The employee Tim was super helpful, stayed two hours after close ( I did tip him!) And saved the day, as well as my time sensitive transmission job for a fleet company I work with out of my auto repair shop. Got a great deal on a reman Trans as well, with a great warranty. Kudos yal! Job well done, and greatly appreciated.

It took a lot of work to get my return money on the core for a transmission I had ordered for a customer. The process of core returns is a bit confusing and takes too long for the pickup and refund to be processed. Also, after receiving the refund from the core they then charged my debit card $220 which they could not explain why. I did not authorize that purchase charge!! It was fixed the next day after calling them but with no explanation or apology. Lacking accountabilty with these big mistakes. If I would've gotten a call from management with an explanation about the unauthorized charge I prob would've let it go and not wrote a bad review.

By far the worst company to deal with, just be patient give them time to process the information and just maybe the'll sell you a transmission but don't count on it, they've been giving me the runaround for few months now so good luck. a simple sale is a very complex process here, they come out inspect your shop, even with proof of the business they still aren't satisfied, and make a meeting to decide if you deserve to buy.
