Christopher in the service department went far and beyond for us finding a stereo component match for our 2014 Tundra. He also orchestrated getting our driver seat back on track. Christopher was very professional, prompt and followed through in every way! A stellar experience. Thank you for making this a 5 star experience

Reviews from Google
More reviews on Google**DO NOT TRUST THE SERVICE ADVISORS OR THE SERVICE DIRECTOR** I recently had a terrible run in with this dealership. It all began with a simple oil change and a check engine light. My vehicle was purchased new and only has 57k miles on it. I was recommended several items to have serviced while fixing the issue with the check engine light as it would be in the shop all day. My primary concern is that they recommend spark plug replacement. I contacted (5) other Toyota dealers and NONE of them recommend replacement until 120K miles, in other words it did not need to be done for another five years. The other area of egregious service was the fuel injector service, this had been recommended by a previous dealership so I figured it was in the pipeline. However, Toyota of Gladstone charges more than double for the identical service. Out of the (5) dealerships I spoke with other than Gladstone the range falls into $225-335. Gladstone $621.20. Upon the discovery of this gross discrepancy I contacted the service advisor and told him to not perform those services. In this period of less than two hours he said that all of the service had been completed which was billed $1,230.80 in labor… IN TWO HOURS. Furthermore, when I was called back to pick up my vehicle the check engine light issue had not been resolved. My assumption is they focused on the work that pertained to commissioned services rather than fixing the issue that the vehicle was brought in for. I informed the service advisor that I would like a refund for the work that did not seem to align with Toyota Service Industry recommendations and that I would like to speak with the service director. The director backed up the recommendations and rambled about old stories of how spark plus used to be replaced every 30K miles, plumbers having different pricing, and how his diesel truck has different requirements than my Toyota. Cool stories bro. He also stated that Toyota does not adhere to a set of service standards and that each dealership has their own service recommendations and pricing. As stated before I contacted (3) other dealerships in Oregon, (1) in California, and (1) in Florida. They all provided me with similar service recommendations and pricing that fell in line with one another. It became apparent to me that the directive to defraud customers comes from the top down after my discussion with the service director. It appears that the service team is incentivised with commission from their recommendations of unneeded service. Furthermore, prior to receiving $2,500 in service recommendations I was contacted by their buying department stating that they would like to purchase my vehicle. Seems like another slimy pressure tactic. I intend to escalate this matter up to Toyota Corporate, the Oregon Better Business Bureau (which they have a B+ rating), and explore all other avenues that I deem worthy of my time. Alarmingly, the Service Director stated that they would recommend these same services to an 80 year old woman and he gloated about a great track record that their facility has in small claims court. It is unfortunate that I needed to write this review, but the public should be aware.
Shoutout Wendal Evans in the service department. He was very professional and a great communicator, all around good to work with. After reading other reviews I was skeptical about this service department, but I had an amazing experience. They are transparent and give you updates throughout the process, and let you know everything that is being done. I have nothing negative to say. Thank you team!
Be careful doing business with this sketchy service department. I bought my car in January of 2024, and Toyota advertises that every Toyota comes with 2 years of ToyotaCare. However, this is not the case for this dealership and service department. I just hit 13,000 miles, and I've only done 3 services with ToyotaCare (Toyota also advertises up to 5 services or 25,000 miles/2 years). Not only this, but they even texted me that I have 60 days remaining on my ToyotaCare plan. On the morning of November 11, 2025, I had an appointment for my 4th ToyotaCare service, but Ryan of Toyota of Gladstone tried to say I used up "all 3 of my ToyotaCare services" and that I would have to pay for my oil change and tire rotation. I also showed them the text of them telling me I still have ToyotaCare, but Ryan just said, "Oh, I don't know, that's weird, so, do you want to get your car serviced today or not?". So, I just said "No, I'm good" and left. Just sketchy business practices and false advertisement from this dealership and service department. Not only this, but they can't even provide a loaner vehicle for when you're servicing your car with them. It's either you wait in the dealership, or they provide an Uber/Lyft for you. Otherwise, you have to find your own ride. I'm never going back to this service department because of them lying about my ToyotaCare and the fact that they can't even provide a loaner vehicle, unlike every other Toyota dealership.
Visit Gladstone TOYOTA for Tire rotation spent around one hour and a half !!I always keep the car clean! after I picked it up, the threshold was smeared with grease, the cabin filter cover was broken on one side, In a word, I am very upset with this kind of work. And this is called specialized Toyota workers!? If I had known that I would have this service done, I would have done the wheel rotation myself in 15 minutes, I would have saved more time and nothing would have been broken or dirty.
