Tigard Premium Auto Repair Great customer service! Patrick and Chris were highly recommended by my neighbor as I did not have a mechanic for my 2010 Dodge Caliber. And now I highly recommend them as well. The issue was the battery kept losing charge for months. Les Schwab had checked it out several times and it always tested OK. Made my way to Tigard Premium and I’m glad I did. Dropped off the car, diagnostic testing was done, the battery was bad. It was replaced and I was good to go! Again, great customer service! I would like to commend Patrick and Chris for their professionalism, courtesy, and respect that was shown to me in doing business with them. Also, the mechanic pulling the battery out and finding that the battery would lose charge when not in the car. I trust the staff in doing a good and honest job and will be returning to TPAR for all future car repair needs. Thank you very much!

We pulled into tiger repair could not find a parking spot and borrowed one that's a Goodwill lot area. Never in a million years did I think they would get me in that day much less think the repair would happen that day but the gentleman told me and I'll likelihood they get to it today and have it done. They were true to their word. Thank you so much for getting things done on such a busy day for you, Lee a satisfied customer.

I’ve been coming here for about 7 years. They’ve always been very friendly, on time, and reasonably priced. Most importantly, they are trustworthy. I’ve brought my Nissan and Kia here, and theyve taken great care of them. I trust their judgment and they do not try to sell me on ridiculous things. As a young woman, I don’t feel the need to bring a man to my service appointments, and I sadly can’t say that about all car repair shops.

This place is awesome! They saved me a couple of months ago from a bogus estimate firestone quoted me, that would've been 1200$ and today I needed to buy a battery, which lead me to and auto parts store and they couldn't do it. I called premiere and they had me in and done within 15 min! This is a place you can trust. No BS. Very refreshing especially when you don't know much about cars and its easy to take advantage of. These guys DO NOT.

I am always happy with service here. The guys are personable. Do a goid job! And more than reasonable. They work with you to get things done, and are honest when you don't need a service! Highly recommend.
