Excellent tasting and quality products but quite pricey for the amount of food received. I wouldn't recommend shopping here unless you're doing well financially and prefer easy to make meals at home over eating out.

I happened across Scratch Meats at the Oregon City Farmers’ market and purchased the chicken brats and chicken chorizo. My hubby was excited to enjoy the brats so he fired up the flat griddle and we charred some peppers and onions to go wit’! Those brats were so flavorful and fresh! There are four to a pack and my hubby ate two. I’m looking forward to having a breakfast burrito with the chorizo sausage!! We’ll be looking for Scratch Meats again to try the other flavors! Cannot wait!!

I love you Scratch Meats for the making the Chicken Spinach Feta sausage. It has set a standard for me that has been unmatched by other sausages I have encountered. No photo necessary. If this review results in fewer chicken Spinach Feta sausages available for me, it is a risk I'm willing to take for the good of all sausage eaters.

I've been purchasing from Scratch Meats for over a year. I especially like the chicken feta sausages. This last time, I purchased two newer to me sausages including Saucissons a I' Ail (French Garlic). After browning the sausages I placed them in a cannelloni bean casserole. Gosh, the dish was so good. The sausages took to this bean casserole like they were meant for each other.

These guys have the very best Sausage. I buy there hot Italian and your not going to find any better. They have really great Brats of all different varieties. plus they do have sausage made from Lamb and Chicken. They are totally worth a try. I usually find them at the Vancouver farmers market. But they also serve many other farmers markets.
