I just a great conversation about what they could and couldn’t do, seemingly communicative - at first. I appreciate a business that is realistic about their ability and both parties are realistic about expectations being met. We were having this conversation when I asked if they could fill in the dips in the floor with extra jute like the factory did, in order to make the carpet flat (the new aftermarket carpet I’d ordered didn’t have it). Despite me explaining that it wasn’t a must have criteria the guy surely bristles up and says something about his senses telling him when a customer is particular, and that he’s learned to avoid those jobs. I tried to explain that I was just trying to see if they could do it and that it’s not a deal breaker. You think this level of customer understanding would be given them the warm fuzzies, but this guy already made up his mind and didn’t hear anything after that. He circled back to the beginning of the call, citing that the parts were already taken out of the vehicle making it harder (earlier he said no problem, just more expensive), and that he didn’t want to work with chemicals (I told him at the beginning that I’d sanitized the interior - again, no problem earlier in the call). Anyone trying this hard to screen customers to ensure a 5-star review is suspect. To be clear I tried to explain that I didn’t need the extra jute installed, and that I’d even put the car back together before dropping it off if needed, even paying them more for the job to mitigate any worries. Entire conversation was beyond weird - the guy was talking over me at the end. He’d do anything to avoid a negative review.

These guys have been in business for decades, I had my bucket seats redione and they look great and the price was very competitive. I recommend this place highly.

Timely service, great pricing, professional installation. These guys installed a new drivers seat cover in my '22 Ram Longhorn, worth every penny! I sourced the cover from my dealer, Ross installed for 1/3 the cost estimate from dealer. Thx guys!
