My roof was installed by RoofTek in 2022, and it’s leaking now. I tried calling RoofTek for an inspection, but the call was redirected to their California office. They couldn’t provide any contact information for the Oregon branch. It’s been over 48 hours, no one contacted me, and all they’ve done is mark my case as “urgent.” Pretty disappointing and irresponsible for a company with a 10-year warranty.
Rooftek did a magnificent job with our roof. We got this very special composite that looks like ral slate . They spent 3 weeks meticulously placing each tile one by one. To top it off , they also installed a leaf guarded gutter sytem. We could not be more pleased. with the outcome.
We decided to go with Rooftek for our new roof based on their competitive pricing and friendliness. Theirs was the best quote we received overall. The actual job only took one full day (11am-8:30pm) on our small house, and the new roof looks great. Scheduling was disorganized and a little frustrating. I’d give 4.5 stars if possible.

He clearly explained the cost breakdown for my project and offered several options that would work well within my budget. His knowledge and honest approach made the process straightforward and easy. I highly recommend reaching out to their team if you’re in the Portland area and need expert advice for your roofing project.
Their salesman, Dave, was very helpful in explaining the product. I felt comfortable with my decision and the price seemed fair for my home. They actually started work earlier than we expected. Very quick and the service from their site manager, Jonathan, was way above my expectations. I will definitely reconsider RoofTek in the future.
