Well, I've going to Frank at FJC motors for years with my MK2 VW (1986) for good reason GREAT service at a decent price plus it's hard to find a shop that has the experience FJC has on older model European cars like mine. Also, these folks are always happy to greet you & spend time explaining what's needed & keep you updated on any needed repairs much appreciated! Honest mechanic and great auto repair service are not words you usually hear together—but FJC Import Auto Repair is the exception. Don’t let the exterior of the shop fool you; inside they run a top-notch operation that delivers excellent value and quality workmanship. I recently brought my Porsche Cayenne in for an oil change and a small oil leak. While not listed on their website, they do service Porsche, Volkswagen, BMW, and Audi vehicles for certain maintenance items. Frank carefully inspected the issue and discovered that the previous shop, less than six months ago, failed to replace the copper washer on the oil drain valve. He not only fixed the problem but also explained exactly how and why it happened, which you can see in the attached photos. That level of honesty and transparency is rare in the auto repair world. The shop itself has an interesting backstory—you’ll notice quite a few old Volkswagens outside. Many of them were abandoned by owners who chose not to pay for their repairs, but it also speaks to the long history and reputation this place has in import car repair. I highly recommend FJC Import Auto Repair to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop with honest mechanics, fair prices, and quality service. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Frank and FJC Imports Finding someone who truly understands these cars—especially older models like my 2003 530i, and my 99 M3 is rare, but they absolutely delivered. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and passion for BMWs are second to none. They diagnosed issues quickly, explained everything clearly, and treated my car like it was their own. The work was done efficiently, and the quality is top-notch.

I recently had a fantastic experience at FJC Import Auto Repair with my VW Alltrack. The staff was welcoming and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue at a very reasonable cost. The were willing to work with me and was able to get my vehicle in for repair quickly. The repair was completed faster than expected, and my car is running perfectly now. It's refreshing to find such a reliable and honest auto service provider. Highly recommended!
