Quite a beautiful building with fantastic views of the Willamette River. A fantastic view of the cellwood bridge can be seen from the river facing conference rooms in the Portland River Park Center. The building itself is quite nice real estate. Many businesses on the third floor ranging from accountants to attorneys and even at one point some dental health professionals.

Located on the same street as Oaks Park and with amazing views of the river you can find this out of place for the neighborhood building. I can only review this place as someone who has monthly appointments there. The staff on the third floor always greet me and ask whom I'm there to see and then will call down to let them know I've arrived. They will then ask if I want coffee and they will go get it for you or you can go down the hall and make tea, coffee, etc. The suites are modern, the river and the bridge views are amazing. Plenty of parking and local dog park is located adjacent to the parking lot.

Location and space are great, but dealing with the corporate Regus office has been a nightmare. Please don't give them your money. It's been nearly a year since I left and have yet to receive a repayment on an erroneous charge to my credit card. The local manager there was nice and all, but didn't respond to my attempts to make things right and has since been unhelpful. I've been trying to grow a small business for the past couple years, and the money they took from me made things difficult. I think this might be the first negative review I've ever done, and it's because I feel strongly that Regus is a corporate nightmare not worth your time. Please look elsewhere.

Our company been at this location for few years now. Staff is super friendly, and the conference room is having a view that is absolutely stunning. Bathrooms - kitchen - and general maintenance is done and cared for professional and we are proud of having our office in this building.
