I had a late night plumbing emergency on a Sunday night. There was a lot of water actively running out of my shower valve so I was desperate to get someone out ASAP. I called every plumber/plumbing company in the Portland metro area that claimed to provide 24 hour service. Most places didn’t even pick up the phone or return a call left with their answering service. One company called me Monday morning, but they could only give a window of time when someone could come … 12 noon to 4. I left Jared a message Sunday night and while he didn’t get back to me right away, he did call first thing Monday morning. He was an absolute star. He moved his jobs around so he could come to my house first. He showed up when he said he would and was able to fix the issue pretty quickly. It was a huge relief and I’m so glad I found Jared! His prices were reasonable especially considering this was an emergency.
