Needed to apply for an IDP, brought my filled out form and one of the employees (Tessa) had my photo taken and the IDP printed in under 10 minutes from me entering the door. Amazing service

Left a detailed request for service; they sent someone who was not adequately equipped. Called again to request service again; was put on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. Called a third time requesting someone with the proper tools - 6 spline truck lug key/universal set of spline keys, was told they don't have that and that's not a thing (it is) and that I'll have to wait for les schwabs to open in the morning. What's the point of having AAA at that point. Worthless.

Came for international driver's permit and the process couldn't have been easier. Got the form online. Was acknowledged upon arriving and after a small wait had top tier service throughout the brief service. Courteous and professional staff. I'm not even a member but cannot imagine what better customer service would look like!

My car broke down at the PDX airport, where I had managed to pull into the parking lot just in time. The tow truck came into the lot and found me so quickly even in that maze! No extra fee for making them come to the parking lot or anything. We rode in the truck to the mechanic, where we left the car for the afternoon. The tow truck driver then drove me and my boyfriend home once the car was secure. 11/10, above and beyond service. Made my day during a bad situation.

I visited the location for a simple International Driving Permit. I walked in building near 5pm on a Friday. I was greeted as soon as i walked through the doors. There were 3 people behind the front desk and all were friendly and nice. I had all my documents ready and they needed just 15 minutes to process my application. I looked around their luggage shop while they did that. They had a good selection of travel bags, from totes, duffles, backpacks, carry-on and checked luggage, as well as various accessories like locks and even compression socks. I did end up buying a small under-seat bag since I was in the market and they even gave me a discount. The location was easy to get to—I hopped on the Yellow line Max train there from NoPo and walked a block from the PSU stop. No issues during my visit. Pleasant experience 👍👍👍
