Always so sweet with my big maniac of a puppy who is in training 💖 I appreciate all of the employee’s patience while he is a chaos baby still learning how to exist in the world and they always go above and beyond! They will order anything I need that is not in store, they take returns on items that don’t work out and are very knowledgable and kind. So glad they are our neighborhood pet supply but if we ever move it would be worth the trek to come back!

Quality products and great location. The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful which I really appreciate. I moved to Vancouver but make it point to stop in there whenever I am in Portland. They also have the sweetest pets hanging out in the shop with them. Thank you for being awesome humans!

We adopted 3 boy ratties to add to our colony today. Thank you Sarah and Sam for helping these boys find a new home with us. We cant wait to give you updates!!

This place is legit! Everyone I’ve met behind the register has been welcoming, queer presenting, they make the vibe in there feel safe to come as you are and all very wildly knowledgeable with what feels like everything I’ve ever had to ask about! They will go as far as order what you need if you give them advance notice. They’ve carried everything I’ve needed for such a small place. Their you selection, treat selection, food, slow feeders and even collars etc. have been literally JUST enough of options but not big corporate dog store.

I was next door at Sadie Vet and bopped over for some treats and wet food and was very impressed by the amount of product stocked here! I got what I needed and a little extra to care for my old lady kitty who was not feeling well. My kitty is feeling much better after I gave her treats from here! Also there is a mighty big kitty watching over the place and a cute sleepy old lady pupper managing the register. All and all, very cute place.
