I highly recommend Taya Lindley, as her acupuncture helped me heal from ACL surgeries on both knees so I could return to high-level tennis and skiing. My surgeon recommended acupuncture to reduce swelling and Taya's treatments were very helpful at getting my muscles firing and restoring full flexion. She is very empathetic and took extra care with e-stimulation, heat, and massage to help me get back to the sports I love. I am grateful for her caring treatments and healing touch!
