The fabric is great, always! Customer service is good. Not sure why, but every order placed, has sat at the store for 3-4 days after my card is charged before a shipping label is created, then it takes another 1-2 days for USPS to receive the item, thank to informed delivery via USPS, I get notified of the movement for each delivery sent to my address. Seems odd to charge for the products and then hold the items for so many days before making effort to mail them.

Bucket list stop!! Wool blankets of every kind, socks, purses, key chain, wallets, coats,shawls, hats, lots of stuff for dogs including beds, took a bunch of pictures so you all can see that you just gotta stop!! Buy a blanket if you can they last a lifetime and are heirloom pieces you pass on to your kids and grandkids or friends. Staff are very special friends!! Do not go through Pendleton Oregon without stopping here. It’s 4 minutes off the road. They have the mill working here on site but it’s closed on the weekend. They give tours for free M-F.If you love this review and stop, attach a picture and show me what amazing piece you got. For today I bought a cute wool headband I will need on my next hospice travel nurse assignment in Washington State. They have clean bathrooms.

The stores fine it has bulk woolen along with many Pendelton products. The quality of the wool and products is very good as expected. It's truly not your Pendleton Outlet ( as seen in many malls) Previously we've bought many yards of Pendleton wool and had numerous pieces of furniture reupholstered. Great ...merely costs for wool seem too high for us now.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff at this incredible store located in Pendleton, Oregon. The store was very clean and well organized and even included a large discount section and a small museum. It is definitely worth the stop and is only a few minutes off the interstate with plenty of parking and even an RV parking area.

If you are a Pendelton fan this is a must stop! The store is large with a wonderful selection of clothing for both men and women as well as home goods and gifts for babies and even pets! The optional Mill tour is an amazing bonus experience if you have the time just make sure to plan ahead and try to sign up online as there are limited slots available.
