Alex here at Cascadia motors was amazing. We have a 2011 Acura MDX that needed a new motor. they were able to source a good motor and were thousands of dollars less than other shops. They were really amazing and took care of us.
I needed a new shop since the last one continued to disappoint me with misdiagnoses, not putting car parts back on after inspections, charging me for services they didn't do, etc. I met one of the owners and decided to give Cascadia a try - I am a very happy customer! Based on some research, the noises I heard in the car matched the diagnoses reported from the mechanic. The repairs done to my car fixed the issues I had (engine chewbacca noise, wheel bearing, and window scraping sound after someone broke it). I am incredibly pleased with the service - communication was consistent, I got all the information emailed to me so I could review it in detail, the price was reasonable and about what I expected, and they fixed the car in a reasonable few days (waited for some parts to arrive). I highly recommend this shop and have been sharing with friends. We all need a mechanic (Alex DiFranco) we can trust. My car (almost 16 years old) is driving so smoothly and quietly now (I enjoy rides with no music from time to time).

Really awesome, efficient, quick service. Had to have a ton of service on my subi (bushings, bearings, gaskets, whosits and whatsits galore). Alex (the mechanic lol) took the time to explain things to me and make sure I was comfortable with all work. They had to keep my car for a bit and provided a cute little loaner that I was so thankful for. He provided updates throughout so I always knew what was happening. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be calling them for any future issues.
Recently moved to the PDX area and received a promotional flyer in the mail regarding Cascadia Motors Service Center in my neighborhood (Sellwood). I stopped by to inquire about a complete service overview and assessment. Alex helped me and was incredibly helpful as well as very communicative. I highly recommend this service center and the outstanding team. Thank you!
