A doctor's office, no matter the specialty, can be anxiety producing. It always helps when the staff are friendly, outgoing, and even a bit humorous. I felt so comfortable and welcome from the moment I walked through the door at Pacific Audiology Clinic for the first time. Even the other patients were kind and friendly.
I really appreciate the excellent service from the team. My previous audiologist recommended PAC to me after she moved on from the practice. I appreciate so much not only the service but that PAC handles my insurance paperwork and even helped me navigate paperwork for a state program. Thank you all so much!
The knowledge was 10 x that of any other office. Allison Bradley was amazing. She listened then observed and had so much more professional insight that led to real answers!! My Mom was so grateful she got emotional after our appt. She truly cares about her patients!!
This place is amazing! My mom could not be more happy. The time doctor took to explain everything to her and made sure she was comfortable with her new device before we left was so appreciated. It was seamless process and we highly recommend this clinic to anyone that needs hearing aid!
