The good part- they were very receptive and kind when we first moved into the neighborhood. That’s a good part. That’s the reason I’m giving them two stars. They are not the best neighbors though. I don’t understand why they don’t understand how city Parking works. I don’t understand why they think it’s OK to take up two parking spots for 8+ hours in the day. I’d like to remind them that having a Parking Permit does not entitle you to things like DOUBLE PARKING. What’s so hard about Parking a couple blocks away? Why do you have to park right in front of your building even If you know you’re going to be away from your car for more than 8 hours. Is walking a couple of blocks really that big of a deal? Have we become unable to see the effects of our actions on others? Eight hours of taking up double spaces! Have y’all ever tried carpooling? Have you considered getting a bigger building that will facilitate all of the employees cars employees, cars? If you have 20 employees that means there are 20 vehicles parked in a pretty small neighborhood with limited parking. I think it’s time you are moved to a bigger building. There’s an empty building across the street that leases out parking spots. Why don’t you just rent some of those parking spots for your employees? I yes I am referring to the white Subaru who is a habitual offender. This has been going on for more than a year. But they are not the only ones there’s a black BMW there’s all sorts of cars that are doing this and that’s why I’m complaining because it’s a problem. That white Subaru took two spots right in front of a residential and commercial building all day long. That means no loading no unloading no close Parking just so that her car can sit there. Double parked all day and infuriates me . - do better.

More reviews on GoogleDr. Walker is a very skilled, patient and kind veterinarian. I feel so fortunate that she is treating my rescue dog who has some challenging behaviors resulting from her fear and anxiety. Dr. Walker has carefully prescribed appropriate medication prior to our appointments, but more importantly she has far exceeded my expectations in the patient, sensitive, and compassionate way she has treated my dog.
Best Friends was a saving grace to my elderly cat. The last vet wasn’t helpful and said he couldn’t help me because my cat was too old and that he would die soon. I received such educated and compassionate care from the Best Friends team! (and I was so happy to see there is a dog part of the building and a cat side). I received the best and worst case scenarios for him, and a full breakdown of the recommended treatment. I received a very optimistic view that he had more years left in him. He is pretty delicate right now so I was thrilled to hear that! The doctor even said she went through the very same thing with her cat. That’s all I needed to hear. Very happy to have found this place in a centrally located place (almost in downtown). If you need a vet that truly cares, Best Friends is the place.
I walked in for an emergency appointment after my dog, Teddy, was bitten by another dog in the area. Dr. Walker and her vet technicians very kindly stayed late almost an hour after closing to make sure that he was examined before we got stuck in an impending ice storm. Everyone I interacted with was very compassionate and kind. I left with a treatment plan, medication, and feeling that Teddy was going to be okay. I am very grateful to Dr. Walker and her whole team.
Dr. Walker and her team are awesome. They have helped me turn my cats health around in about 6 months time, which is amazing. He has heart disease, asthma and hyperthyroidism and despite all of that, is in wonderful health thanks to Best Friends!
