I use this location when I'm in Estacada on a service call. Staff here is very helpful and friendly. The two associates I got help from on my last visit went above and beyond to help me find the o-ring seals I needed. What also is important to know is that they were open on a holiday weekend and the other store in town I knew would have them was closed. Napa is a great company and important to me and the work I do.

Ordered some $9 hardware and the website said it should be arriving the next morning. I got a call one minute until closing saying the order can not start delivery to the location until I come there and pay an additional 5 dollar shipping fee. After screening my voicemail I couldn’t call back one minute later. The next day I get a voicemail saying it will take a week for it to arrive. I call back and they tell me it will take a week and I will still have to pay an additional 5$…. Instead I just went to orielys and picked them up same day without any bait and switch games. Funny how I’ve never dealt with strange situations like this at the Portland 10515 N Lombard location, if you want a good experience with Napa just go to the right location.
Caleb was super nice and helpful with helping me. They didn’t have the paint color I needed in stock so he called and reserved one and the next closest Napa for me. I wouldn’t have been able to finish my project without his help.
Not impressed. My husband went in a few days ago looking for a part. He asked to borrow a phillips head screwdriver. The gal at the counter was brand new, and didn't even know what a Philips screwdriver was, or looked like. When she tried asking for help from her co-workers, they were too busy talking to each other, and waved towards a random direction where the loaners might be. Neither of them came up to help her, and my husband, directly. My husband hates going here as it is and usually will drive to Sandy or Gresham for a Napa instead. This just proved once again that the men that 'work' there are a waste of space. I would NOT recommend this place.
