Jan 29, 2026 I would like to thank Musicar Northwest for doing such an amazing job converting my Z4 2016 into Apple CarPlay!;-) Also adding a backup camera. The Audio Technician's did a great job. I am so happy I took my Z4 to Musicar. Nick, the front desk technician explained everything to my husband and I. He was knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Musicar Northwest to family and friends. #UROCK👍🏻😊 Jauslin☺️

On 9/28/21 I went to them off a referral from Mobile West (now Autoprada). I have JL Audio VXI amps and the W7 13.5 inch enclosure. With Focal Utopia Be components. Their treatment was not good as I found myself trying to sell them on why they should even work with me. That's how they made me feel. They charged me $800 for an analysis and a very poor job with my tuning and initially up sold me on rebuilding my doors and took a $7500 deposit to start the work but I reclaimed my deposit because their treatment remained poor and I just didn't feel good about spending what they said would be about $20000 with them.

I was referred to Musicar by one of the few car repair shops I trust. My audio system completely stopped working on my BMW X5. I spoke with Nick a couple times and we decided on a new Apple Carplay unit to replace my existing (tired looking) screen. When I took my car in to get everything set up, Nick and a tech did some diagnosing for about 5 minutes and were able to determine that all I needed to get my system up and running was a new factory amplifier, effectively saving me $1,100. Furthermore, by the time I got back home, Nick had texted me a link to a used amp on Ebay that would work as a replacement to get my system back up and running. Thank you Nick! You have absolutely earned my future business and I WILL be referring Musicar to friends/family!

I came to Musicar to upgrade my 2015 Lexus RX350 to be Android Auto compatible. From start to finish, the service was exemplary. Sean was very responsive and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The system works seamlessly alongside the manufacturer's settings. I could not be happier with the result.

As someone who enjoys rich, crisp, and sharp music, I was underwhelmed with the Bose system that came in my 2023 911 Turbo S. I decided to order the stage 2 kit and Had it installed and running within two days of ordering (Which includes shipping time). The installation process was seamless and very easy to follow thanks to the Musicar YouTube tutorial. I was so happy with how it sounded, that I almost immediately ordered the stage 3 kit which arrived the following day. I could not be happier with the final product, it has been a night and day difference. On top of all this, the team at Musicar Is highly engaged in making sure I had the best experience possible. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to elevate their driving experience!!
