Extremely over charged by over inflated labor that might pass over on people outside of the industry. I unfortunately am not one of those people so when I realize I am charged OVER SEVEN hours for two part replacements that even done SEPARATELY would have totaled less than 4 AND A HALF, I’m kinda mad. I get not every shop follows factory book time, but to be charged presumably nearly twice the amount of time at a dealership comparable rate seems questionable. On top of the separate charge for time to diagnose the problem that it so obviously was, it’s just rude and I won’t be bringing either of my cars back here due to this level of dishonesty.
