One thing I will always love about these shops, the fact I can call say I want one thing done and that’s what I get. Along with not being pressured into service or repairs the guys here work fast and efficient I’ve never had to call my 82nd locations back for any reason besides when I need something done I simply don’t have the time or knowledge to do. Back story: I was in a hit and run replaced 99 percent of what was needed myself and only wanted an alignment and my wheel set straight. They did just that and it was back in less than an hour.

Cons: got quoted for 4 expensive "urgent" maintenance items I did not need - a couple of which I had literally just done months prior Pros: super cheap oil change and tire rotation. Also having the inspection pictures really helped me determine some of y'alls recommendations were totally bogus.

I scheduled my oil change online but was disappointed to be told the shop was understaffed and that my appointment was pushed forward 1 hour. The online price with coupons did not include charges for shop supplies or something called a convenience fee (Meineke's convenience, not mine). I compained about this surprise and suggested explaining this was a nasty thing Meineke did to it's employees. As far as I know, the oil change was fine. Because I must use synthetic oil, I will likely use Meineke again, but will warn friends and family about the surprise fees.

Honestly great people. The Techs there are all very considerate, helpful, trustworthy, and communicative. I especially like Adam. It's the only place I trust to give me a full work up on my car and I love that they send me all details including pictures, priority levels, and pricing for every finding on my car. I normally can't afford to have all the repairs done that are recommended but at least I can be aware of them and come back as often as I need to. Thank you guys!

So I had went to this place because I thought it would be good for my type of car. At first, I was just getting checkouts the mistake I did was having them actually serviced my car. I’ve had my car for over a year and things were literally fine. The moment I went to go get my alternator belt changed two days later my car broke down!! then when I took it back to the shop, five more issues appeared which Weren’t there before I went. My friend even told me I was dumb for going here. This place is only good for oil changes. but ironically, I had went a week prior somewhere else to get my oil changed and then when I went to Meineke, they told me it was dirty. I would not trust these guys. in my opinion, they purposely ruined things so you keep coming back and spending money with them cause I’m pretty sure they’re commission based
