I did the whole suspension on my 2000 Chevy 3500 and afterwords it was obviously way out of alignment spec. This shop did a great job on the alignment and got everything straight. Super happy with how the van drives now. So much better than before.
I came in because my car wasn’t starting. My battery from them was only 3 yrs old and had gone bad. It happens and it was partially under warranty. Les Schwab isn’t the most affordable, I like most people come here because they have great service, are reliable and trustworthy. Very disappointed that after I paid for a new battery and they installed it they failed to tighten the terminals to the new battery. The terminals could’ve easily came off and I could’ve been stranded unable to have my car start. Luckily it was caught the same day when I was getting my oil changed. Extremely disappointed that my vehicle was returned to me with such a simple yet potentially dangerous mistake.
Tony was awesome! Yesterday on oureay home to Eugene from Vancouver we found we had a tear in our tire. Tony went above and beyond to get us pushed through the line quickly and gave us all options available. He put the spare on for me amd got us back in the road in no time. I know they were super busy so we really appreciate him getting us going. I do regret not having all 4 tires replaced by them. 5 stars!!
Came in at lunch with a sudden flat tire. Location was decently busy, but clean and organized. Staff was kind and quick to help. Got my tire fixed quickly too! Thank you!
It’s hard to say anything negative about Les Schwab tires. They have had a successful business model for decades. I chose my tires and set my appointment online. They sent me reminders and even a phone call the day before. They took my car right away, on time. They cleaned up my rims, put on four new tires and I was out of there in less than an hour.
