As soon as I pulled up I was greeted by a guy named Judge (how cool is that name?). I miss that kind of customer service. Went in for an inspection and was in and out in no time. I don't even think I was there for more than 5 minutes. I love seeing people hustle and take their job seriously. Give Judge and Aaron a raise.

After years of great experiences with a variety of vehicles at Les Schwab, I learned this week that Tesla owners should take their tire and alignment business elsewhere. I had a slow tire leak on the Model Y we bought used less than a year ago, so I took the car to my nearest LS. They explained that the leak was unrepairable due to alignment issues that had caused uneven wear on the inside edges, so I bought two new tires for the rear, with plans to return for an alignment on the next Visa cycle. The next day, I began seeing error messages that the rear tires — the same ones just replaced — had low tire tread. So, back to LS I went. The gentleman who helped me had no idea what I was talking about. How, he asked, could a car measure tread depth? I've never seen such an error message, he said, and I've been here 15 years. We have done tons of Teslas, he said, but we just do tires and alignments — we don't have a way to log in to a Tesla system to see what's wrong. I could poke through the settings myself, he said, but it would be a shot in the dark. You should call Tesla service, he said. So I did. You know what happened? They spent 30 seconds walking me through the settings to a button you push when you rotate tires OR BUY NEW ONES. It lets the system know the tires are new and resets the mileage. If Les Schwab truly replaced the tires on "tons" of Tesla vehicles, wouldn't it have reset that setting every time? Apparently not.

Ben was super friendly and helpful with both checking the air on my tires that had recently been tampered with, as well as taking amd relaying my information for the front of the store to contact me with regards to finding tires I need. (FYI, as thr consumer, please get Ben his name tapes for his uniform. He may be a fairly new employee but with his awesome customer service and attention to detail when speaking with me, I believe he has more than earned them!) To close, I unfortunately did not receive a call from the front end rrgarding tires before they closed for the day, so I'm hoping they'll make contact tomorrow (31-12-2025) I will update/finalize my review once I've had a chance to speak with the folks in the front end.

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at this Les Schwab location. I came in for a simple flat tire repair, but instead of offering honest help, the staff immediately tried to scare me by insisting that I needed to replace all four tires or my tires could “blow out as soon as you drive out.” The fear-based approach and aggressive upselling were completely unprofessional and unacceptable. What’s even more disappointing is how far Les Schwab has fallen. 10–15 years ago, Les Schwab used to be the trusted go-to place for any tire or car repair needs. Their customer service, honesty, and integrity were unmatched. Today, however, this location is worse than many non-branded shops. The focus seems to be on pushing unnecessary services rather than helping customers. Thankfully, I contacted my husband before agreeing to anything and chose to get a second opinion at Costco. Costco treated me with respect, replaced my flat with the spare, and ordered a new tire for me, at a much lower price and with better quality than what Les Schwab offered. They confirmed that I absolutely did NOT need four new tires. This experience made it very clear to me that Les Schwab at this location is more focused on upselling and fear tactics than customer service or honesty. Les Schwab headquarters in Bend should take this feedback seriously. The current customer experience does not reflect the values and reputation the founder built this company on. If this isn't corrected soon, more loyal customers will lose trust and take their business elsewhere; just like I will...

Thank you for the great service! I was a walk-in for a possible tire leak. I was told the wait time, and figured since it's close to the holiday, the wait time wasn't too bad. (1 1/2 hours) They were able to fix my flat and I was back on the road in about 1 hour 15. I would recommend this location for your tire needs.
