DO NOT TRUST. I do not recommend this company. Mechanical test department manager is clueless, she does not have required experience nor education on mechanical engineering, to provide you test results, however she will provide you test results you requested. How repeatable or reliable are the results is the MOST important question. The second important question is the qualification of the person who actually conducts the test if they conduct the test ...You do not want to pay money to someone who was a walmart cashier a month ago and now in charge of conducting mechanical testing and provide data information you can build on... They do not mind operating by using out of calibration devices whether it is charpy impact machine or simple caliper... Do NOT trust this company for testing needs...I ABSOLUTELY suggest you to find a reputable lab to take care of your mechanical testing needs.

Very large testing facility. I had my welding certification test at this location which I believe is the only one like it in the state

Extremely competent work. The Tech-Adepts of the Mechanicus Test Departmentorum are truly miracle workers! Within four minutes of initial diagnosis on my Pax Macharia (Imperator Class) Titan, they were able to identify the issue I've been having with Pax not handling Ferrocrete or Concrete operations. It took only two hours for them to construct shock-absorbent, small arms resistant, pink slippers for the feet of my Titan. Now I can tear up the streets of Portland without EVER having to worry again about causing structural stress! AVE, IMPERATOR!

These guys are completely asleep at the wheel. I waited SIX WEEKS for an analysis that was promised in 2 - 3 days, and the report I got was less than impressive. Customer service is horrendous - no call backs, no updates, no status reports - nothing.
