Integrity Auto performed a Complimentary Service Inspection and determined I needed new front brakes which was completed the same day. They also gave me a list of what to tend to next and a quote for the 105k tune-up so I could budget for that. Excellent customer care and diligence. No questionable upselling like I have experienced at other places. Honest and trustworthy.

I took my '01 4Runner here and they took great care of it! I had quite the puzzle for them to solve. They communicated well and they were very knowledgeable. This is my new favorite shop. Very impressed! Shout out to George!

Couldn't be happier! Went to a different shop who told me I was gonna need my head gasket replaced, took it to Integrity for a second opinion. After diagnosing, they informed me it wasn't actually the head gasket. They fixed the issue and it's been doing great ever since! Saved me money and gave me peace of mind. Thank you so much! I will be bringing my cars here from now on!

I've been in Portland for a decade, and am so happy I finally found Integrity. I've used a few other shops in the area for my '98 Tacoma and my '16 Subaru, to varying degrees of disappointment. Bob is knowledgeable, honest, and very easy to work with. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.
