They seemed great from the beginning, until I went to pick up. I was asked to sit in the waiting area because they would bring my car in to go over it. I went to the lounge and immediately some Karen comes in angry about someone who parked their truck in the median of the street. I was the only person in the lounge and an employee came out to ask me if it was my truck. I said no but he asked again like I was lying. It was just bizarre. So after waiting for 30 minutes I go ask how much longer it will be. She says someone will bring your car in now. While waiting, another customer shows up and says “my god, these people are awful to deal with.” Several minutes later the guy brings my car and just hands me the key. He didn’t “go over” anything. Just handed me the key and that was it. I complained about how I didn’t need to wait 40 minutes to be handed a key when they could have just done that instead of making me wait. He used the classic “I’m sorry you feel that way.” No dude, I’m sorry nobody in your office has the wherewithal to use their brain and not waste people’s time. I wouldn’t bring any of my vehicles here because they don’t seem to have their heads on straight.
