I was very pleased with the service I received from my salesman (Zack). He understood exactly what I wanted and explained how things worked. Offered to continue to assist in my need to learn operations of said vehicle.
I had an excellent experience purchasing my new Toyota Camry, and a big part of that was thanks to my salesman, Georgio. From start to finish, he was extremely helpful, professional, and patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the experience even better. Georgio truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and I really appreciated his honesty and support. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.
I worked with a wonderful man named Paul. After shopping online, I saw what I was interested in and he arranged for me to take a test drive. The process was three hours long. But I felt no pressure. He was very kind and I love my new car. Izzy was also wonderful. He made the signing process quick and as efficient as possible. They have earned a lifetime customer.
I had gone to a different Toyota dealership nearby, but had a completely opposite experience with Gresham Toyota. I’m so glad I went to them! I’m a first time buyer, and with that, it can be hard to know what decision works best for you and your budget. Everyone at Gresham Toyota greeted us and were friendly from the start. We worked with Atticus and Jennifer, and they made the process very simple with their thorough communication, organization, and transparency. There was no pressure at all! Atticus and Jennifer wanted me and my parents to feel comfortable and knowledgeable about the car-buying process, which was so refreshing to experience. I initially met Atticus at an event (Hmong New Years) and stayed in contact for a couple months before I bought my car. I’ve never bought a new car and was hesitant to at first, but his hospitality and service are unmatched— you can seriously trust that he has your best interest! Not only is he kind and polite, he’s also honest. He is considerate of your time, budget, and decisions. Atticus is a trustworthy person who can find what you need, which is commendable and awesome. Thanks again, Atticus! I first met Jennifer at the dealership and she was so sweet and informative. It was a delight working with her! I never felt like my inexperience was being taken advantage of to get me to sign something with extremely high rates. Instead, she found one that me and my parents were comfortable with. She was also very mindful about my time, budget and decisions. She’s truly the best; thank you, Jennifer! So with that, I got everything I wanted and I’m so excited about my new Corolla Cross! I’d encourage anyone who is new to the process of buying a car to make an appointment with Atticus and Jennifer, you’ll be very happy and satisfied with your decision at Gresham Toyota. Cheers!
Our new 2026 Corolla is beautiful. This is our second Corolla and we are totally sold on its dependability. Let me give a shout out to Brooke our representative at Gresham Toyota. She was and is amazing. Her mannerisms her concern even her humor made it a joy to buy our Corolla at Gresham Toyota. I will have no problem, recommending Brooke to all of my friends who are looking for a new car. She was absolutely amazing. She was very professional and thorough and answered all of our questions.
