Joe is fantastic! I’ve been taking our cars here for years and Joe has always been fair, knowledgeable and approachable. He is extremely honest about what needs to be done now and what can wait. He stands by his work 100%. I always recommend Fairbanks Auto to friends and family.

Joe replaced the clutch, flywheel, and associated transmission parts on my 2007 Audi A4 MT6, with a quick turnaround and great communication. The car drives much more smoothly now and feels ready for another 100k. Joe also identified an issue with my steering system that another shop missed. I will be a repeat customer here at Fairbanks Automotive for sure.

Fairbanks Automotive is a great mechanic shop! We run a small cleaning business and have multiple cars that need regular maintenance and repair. We've been using Joe for about a year now on four different cars and he has treated us right. He's knowledge, professional, and friendly. He's even worked to help get us back on the road asap when the unexpected repair comes up.

Recently a message came up on my display screen that an oil change was required (even though by mileage I should have been good another couple thousand miles). Who knows if the company I went to previously actually used 100% synthetic though. I was recommended to Joe by friends and I always like to support fellow vegans whenever I can, so I scheduled an appt for this morning. Joe was super friendly, knowledgeable and had great communication. He was honest and clear about how everything went with my car and what to do the next time I get a message on my display screen. His prices are reasonable and he is quick too! He does a thorough inspection of the vehicle when he does oil changes and that is great to know when it comes to keeping other functions of the car in good shape. I plan to use Joe/Fairbanks Automotive moving forward for all of my mechanic type needs, and will recommend him/this shop to local friends as well. Also, Awakening Coffee, around the corner, is a super cute spot to do some work/hang out until your car is ready.
