Exceptional Service and Integrity I brought my Tesla to Crash Champions in Tigard after being referred by the Tesla dealership, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From my very first phone call to the day of my appointment, every interaction was marked by outstanding customer care. While the Tesla dealership said I needed more extensive work Crash Champions made it simple and didn’t add on unnecessary expenses. My car needed a part installed, and they handled it professionally and efficiently. When the work was complete, they didn’t even charge me for the installation. I even tried to tip the technician for his help, but he politely declined. What stood out most was their honesty, efficiency, and genuine friendliness. It’s rare to find a repair shop where you can truly trust both their integrity and their capabilities. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring any vehicle to them in the future – not just my Tesla. Highly recommended! I also love that they care about their employees and have a special program to promote women.

At first, I hesitated to leave my car here because their Google rating was low. But it turned out I made the right choice. Irene at the front desk was warm, professional, and reliable — such a lovely person. I dropped off my car on October 15, and they told me there were 100 Teslas ahead of mine, so it might take a month. Honestly, I almost went somewhere else after hearing that. But the repair was done much faster than expected — I got my car back on the 24th. I’d still recommend them!

The representatives and bodywork employees were all very professional. They got my car finished in a very timely fashion. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They explained the process and gave me a timeline of when it would be done. They were very good about holding to that timeline as well. I would highly recommend them.
